Pre-Register Groups
A guide on inviting large groups of people and pre-registering their arrival
Visitor Manager Central allows you to pre-register not just individuals but also groups of people. You can decide if you wanted to send an email invitation to those visitors or just set them up, so your team know is arriving that day.
Your guests will then be pre-registered in the system.
If you send them the invite email they will receive a QR code to scan on arrival and speed up the sign in process, they can also complete their pre-registration by following a link in the email and providing additional information if needed.
Pre-Register Visitors
You can pre-register your guests in Visitor Manager Central, this will speed up the sign-in process and let your office know who’s expected and when.
To pre-register a visitor in Visitor Manager Central without sending them an invitation email.
The visitor will now be pre-registered and expected to arrive as your designated time. They will not receive an email invitation with a link to pre-register themselves.
To pre-register a visitor in Visitor Manager Central and send them an invitation email with registration links and QR code.
The visitor will now be pre-registered and expected to arrive as your designated time. An email will be sent to the visitor with a link to pre-register their details and a QR code to scan on arrival.
Event Types
Send invitations to visitors or setup your public booking URL
To get started, customize your meeting types for visitors book meetings with you.
Navigate to My Schedule.
Click Event Types.
Create a New Event Type or Edit existing one.
Fill out the details:
Name, duration, location, additional information for visitors and custom color.
You can also add Availability, questions for booker and a custom URL.

Important: Reset your password
To reset Visitor Manager Central admin password, you need to simply follow the link on the login screen below the username and password fields.
If you have lost or forgotten your password you can reset this on the Visitor Manager Central login screen, just follow the link provided below the login fields.
An email will be sent to the address you enter into the field above. That email will contain a onetime link that will take you to a secure web page where you will be asked to enter a new password.
Please consider a strong password that is memorable or use a password manager like 1Password or Last pass.
