For companywide settings. Please ask your IT support to check there are no network settings (e.g. firewall) that kills Visitor Manager Central cookies.
On individual users’ computers & devices. If your users are required to use Internet Explorer, they will need to ensure their browser settings do not kill Visitor Manager Central cookies.
