You can pre-register your guests in Visitor Manager Central, this will speed up the sign-in process and let your office know who’s expected and when.
To pre-register a visitor in Visitor Manager Central without sending them an invitation email.
- Login to the Visitor Manager Central dashboard
- Navigate to the location you want to invite someone to
- On the dashboard, click “New Visitor”
- Complete all fields on screen
- Do not tick the option to send and invitation to the guest
- Save the pre-registration
The visitor will now be pre-registered and expected to arrive as your designated time. They will not receive an email invitation with a link to pre-register themselves.

- Login to the Visitor Manager Central dashboard
- Navigate to the location you want to invite someone to
- On the dashboard, click “New Visitor”
- Complete all fields on screen
- Tick the option to send and invitation to the guest
- Save the pre-registration
The visitor will now be pre-registered and expected to arrive as your designated time. An email will be sent to the visitor with a link to pre-register their details and a QR code to scan on arrival.
